• 1 Red-tailed hawk being chased around by…
• 2 noisy crows
• 1 Blue Jay that is sounding the alert
• 1 Red-bellied woodpecker in the apple tree that wants to visit the feeder but is too afraid of the commotion at the moment
• 1 squirrel with a death wish sitting in the middle of the lawn
• 1 chipmunk hiding in the downspout “cheeping”
• 1 Ruby-throated hummingbird visiting the flowers like nothing is happening (perhaps she figures she barely counts as an appetizer)
• 3 Monarch butterflies
