I’m used to seeing cardinals on my feeders year-round.
But last fall and again this spring a robin has been visiting our platform feeder several times a day. It’s very curious because robins are fruit and insect eaters, not seed eaters.
I can’t figure out what this guy is eating or why, but he sure is persistent.
