This little guy keeps drilling holes into our wood siding.
There are 8 of them so far, and at first they were all the size of a pencil eraser. But with every repeated visit, he’s making them bigger.
He’s doing it by hanging on a utility wire that crosses above our yard and then drapes down our siding to a small utility box attached to our house.
When I hear him pounding away I bang on a window to shoo him off, but he keeps coming back for more. I guess if I was living outside right now I’d be drilling holes to make a shelter too.
