The fall migration is in full swing. I was excited to see my first White-throated Sparrow on Friday (although I HEARD my first one about 10 days before that).
I like to throw millet and cracked corn on the ground in front my arborvitaes to attract them. Then I plop down on a stool several feet away and wait. Without fail, the fearless little birds come right up to me and pose for photos.
