Thanks, Familyman! ‘Bubblegum Vista’ is a Proven Winner that has been vegetatively propagated so you can only buy it as a plant at a garden center. I haven’t personally grown it, but I’ve seen it blooming at several botanical gardens and trial gardens, and it’s impressive. I do grow the Opera Supremes from seed, and I buy them from Swallowtail Garden Seeds in California: http://www.swallowtailgardenseeds.com/annualsA-Z.html
