I’ve had some really nice pink/purple combinations in my flowerbeds this year. This is Geranium ‘Rozanne’ with dwarf Asiatic lily ‘Tiny Toons’:
In one of my annual beds I planted ‘Dreamland Rose’ zinnias with ‘Milady Lilac’ asters:
In my pots I combined ‘Opera Blue’ and ‘Opera Pink Morn’ petunias:
But this is the display that took me completely by surprise. My ‘Ferris Wheel’ phlox exploded in blooms this year, and I don’t remember planting liatris (blazing star) nearby, but they look fantastic together:
