Last spring the weather caused a freak fallout of migrating birds that hung around my yard for almost a week. I doubt we’ll be that lucky this year, but just in case, I’m ready. I already put out my metal “branches” that hold jelly and oranges.
Orioles usually arrive around May 1st in our area, but migrating birds need a good south wind for travel, and this week’s weather is not cooperating (north winds until this weekend).
