We got a taste of winter this weekend with our first freeze and daytime high temperatures in the 40s with a 35mph wind causing wind chills in the 20s.
A flock of various songbirds huddled up in the shrub next to my office window and puffed out their feathers to stay warm.
I’m not a fan of House Sparrows, but I had to admit that even they looked cute.
