There are still some interesting birds around today but I’m having trouble photographing them or looking up at them comfortably with binoculars because I have “warbler neck” from looking up into the tops of 50- and 60-foot trees for the last 2 days. It’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make to see such beautiful birds.
This morning I had two new species that I didn’t see yesterday. A Tennessee Warbler:
And a Baltimore Oriole:
The Chestnut-sided Warbler has been singing like crazy all day:
But my favorite is still the gorgeous Magnolia Warbler:
