Yellow annuals are a dime a dozen—mostly because all marigolds come in shades of yellow or gold.
But this summer when bunnies have been mowing down my marigolds as if they were blades of grass on a putting green, I’m thankful to have Zinnia ‘Dreamland Yellow’ representing bright yellows in my flowerbeds.
Dreamland Zinnias grow about 15 inches tall with big, bright blooms that keep coming all summer until frost.
The bushy plants never need staking and I’ve never seen a plant develop powdery mildew or get attacked by insects.
Dreamland zinnias are one my favorite front-row plants for my annual beds because the colors are so vibrant and they just keep blooming and blooming.
