Last year I grew ‘Double Red’ Profusion zinnias for the first time, and I fell in love with them. The color is incredibly dark and rich. I was sorry I didn’t sprout more of them.
This growing season I included them in all my flowerbeds. The flowers grow 12 to 15 inches tall in sun or part-sun and they’ll keep blooming until frost.
I’ve been growing Profusion zinnias for almost 20 years now, and they’ve never shown any signs of disease nor do they have any enemy pests.
I give my Profusion zinnias a head start by sowing seeds indoors about 6 weeks before our last average frost date.
