Another Easy Elegance rose I planted this year was ‘High Voltage’:
The double flowers are light yellow, fragrant and appear on upright, disease-free plants. Easy Elegance roses bloom throughout the summer into fall.
My new rose performed well, but unfortunately it didn’t get a chance to grow very tall before it was surrounded by a mature rose and an out-of-control butterfly bush. I will have to see if it can hold its own next year. Otherwise I may have to move it.
‘High Voltage’ grows 3 to 5 feet tall and prefers full sun (although it will have to settle for part-sun in my yard). It’s hardy in Zones 4-9.
