My daylilies won’t bloom for several weeks yet, but once again ‘Double Cutie’ is the first of my 350 cultivars to send up scapes.
Every year that it’s been in my garden, this little beauty has been the first daylily to bloom. But what amazes me more is that it continues to send up double daffodil-yellow flowers for over eight weeks.
‘Double Cutie’ leaves most of the fancy schmancy daylily cultivars in the dust. For 5 dollars you can’t do much better than that.
