I love the big double flowers of Rudbeckia ‘Maya’. The only complaint I have about rudbeckias is that in a wet year they usually turn brown and die off from bacterial diseases, so I only get to enjoy the flowers a short time.
My plants were having a banner growing season, but their lives were still cut short—this time by rodents.
