I was tricked by mother nature once before this fall (especially after it snowed), but I think these are finally the last flowers of the 2020 growing season in my yard.
Some of my mums even survived a low of 26 degrees (F) which surprised me.
And these pansies looked like goners for two days after that hard freeze, but then they came back to life.
After several days in the 70s—highly unusual for November and great weather for cleaning up the flowerbeds and raking the leaves–we will dive back into the 40s for highs and 20s and 30s for lows for the rest of the week.
