I grew Ageratum ‘Aloha Blue’ in the front of my flower borders in 2013, and I was impressed. The plants stay bushy and green, and they are covered with flowers all summer long.
Seeds were difficult to find after that year, but last fall they were available again so I pounced. ‘Aloha Blue’ grows 5-6 inches tall in full sun or part sun in Zones 3-9.
Ageratums are no-fuss plants with no disease or pest issues, and they’ll keep blooming all summer long if you trim the spent blooms.
