It does the heart good to see robins again after a long winter.
I just hope the one that threw himself into our bay window every morning for weeks on end last spring has finally realized he was attacking glass and not another male robin. He drove us absolutely crazy with the repeated clunking, and no matter what we put on or in front of the window, he was undeterred.
It’s a bit early in the season yet, but so far this male is much more interested in peanuts!
