On a very chilly morning last week, I opened the shades and saw this:
Did the squirrels take up golfing overnight? If so, they are really bad at it. They also have no golfing etiquette. You’re supposed to replace your divots.
I find it hard to believe a critter would be searching for birdseed. The Mourning Doves fling it everywhere. It’s not necessary to de-sod the lawn to get a good meal.
Perhaps raccoons were searching for grubs, or just retaliating because I finally foiled them with double baffles on my birdfeeders.
Sometimes thinking about what goes in my backyard at night gives me the creeps.
