‘Artificially Enhanced’ has been growing in my daylily bed since late summer of 2022, but this is the first year it’s really showcased its blooms.
This daylily grows 30 inches tall with 5.5″ flowers.
It’s a pale orange daylily whose color is officially registered as “honey with muted rose banded eyezone above a large bright yellow throat.”
‘Artificially Enhanced’ bloomed for weeks for me this summer. I have it in a location that gets about 4 hours of sun each day during the hottest part of the afternoon.
Because of its yellow throat, ‘Artificially Enhanced’ would look especially good growing next to yellow daylilies or other yellow flowers.
This is a dormant daylily that blooms in the middle of the daylily season.
