Surprise Flowers

I’m not sure what critter is responsible (squirrels? chipmunks? birds?), but I have spring bulbs popping up in weird places all over my yard.

I did plant some chionodoxa bulbs last fall, but certainly not under this slab of concrete.

And I didn’t plant any behind this raised bed where I store some of my garden stakes and birdfeeder poles during the growing season:

Some are even coming up in the middle of the lawn.

It’s fun to see little surprise blooms popping up in random places, but I wish I knew how they got there!
