On paper I shouldn’t be taken with Daylily ‘Angelus Angel’. I tend to gravitate toward the flashier-colored daylilies. Yet every year when ‘Angelus Angel’ blooms, I’m pleasantly surprised by its simple beauty.
The 5-inch flowers are peach-colored with a green throat and grow on 24-inch scapes.
