‘Blushing Bride’ is a fun amaryllis to grow. The plants offer a lot in a little package.
‘Blushing Bride’ grows about 14 to 16 inches tall (both this year and last my plants topped out at 12 inches). The pretty, rose-colored flowers are humongous—nearly 7 inches across.
The stalk is the sturdiest I’ve seen on an amaryllis, and it tends to stand up straight rather than lean like so many of the other amaryllis cultivars, so I’ve never had to stake it.
