I got to enjoy the blooms of a new Longiflorum-Asiatic (LA) Lily in June and early July. ‘Dimension’ has black-cherry flowers that really stand out against their green foliage:
‘Dimension’ is happy in full-sun or part-shade and grows 3 to 4 feet tall on sturdy stems.
The blooms are up- and out-facing and the color does not fade in the afternoon sun which is sometimes a problem with dark lilies.
‘Dimension’ is hardy in Zones 3-10.
