‘Flying Dragon’ is an unusual-form daylily with huge 7.5″ flowers that appear on 36-inch scapes.
This dormant daylily blooms in the middle of the season, and the flowers are reddish-orange with a very large yellow throat.
I’ve moved ‘Flying Dragon’ to various spots in my yard over the years, but I always end up planting it next to gold or yellow flowers because the colors look so good together.
