Color Confusion

When my ‘Profusion Coral Pink’ zinnias first started opening back in June I thought they were a different cultivar because the color was so unusually dark:

This is what I’m used to seeing:

This beautiful zinnia grows 12 to 15 inches tall in a bushy clump that tolerates drought and heat. The plants will flower until frost whether you deadhead them or not.

The flowers fade as they age, so you get to enjoy different looks throughout the summer.

I like to plant ‘Profusion Coral Pink’ with purples like salvias, ageratums or asters:
