‘Little Light of Mine’ is a butter-yellow daylily with a red throat and petal edges:
This cultivar grows 24 inches tall with 5-inch fragrant flowers. This was the first year this daylily bloomed in my flowerbed. It’s growing in a partial-shade bed and this little light did indeed shine. The subtle yellow color was a nice beacon in the afternoon shade.
‘Little Light of Mine’ put out new flowers for over a month—pretty impressive for its first year. This semi-evergreen daylily blooms in the middle of the daylily season.
