It still feels like winter outside, but inside it’s a different world. In a few months, these Dianthus ‘Amazon Neon’ seedlings will be 2 feet tall with sweetly-scented blooms that will drive Swallowtail butterflies crazy:
My Ageratum ‘Purple Fields’ seedlings will only reach 10 inches tall, but they’re one of the first plants to bloom in the summer, and they’ll flower until frost:
If I give my ‘Tidal Wave Silver’ petunias a trellis or wall to lean against, they will grow upright and form a little hedge up to 2 feet tall. Or I can let them meander through my garden showing off their hundreds of silvery-lavender blooms.
