A few years ago I planted a couple of ‘PowWow Wild Berry’ echinacea (coneflower) plants because they had a reputation for lots and lots of blooms.
The flowers are pretty and they don’t fade, but my plants are definitely not the super-bloomers I was promised. I have three plants growing in different locations and light conditions, and two of them have been in my flowerbeds for 4 years now.
This is still a pleasant coneflower that’s easy to grow. It’s just not a wow plant for me.
‘PowWow Wild Berry’ grows 20-24 inches tall and is hardy in Zones 3-9.
