After our very late winter and cold, wet spring were responsible for the demise of about three-quarters of my lilies this year, I’m savoring the ones that did survive like ‘Tollo’:
And ‘Zambesi’:
A few other cultivars were knocked back severely, but are still blooming this year. And a handful of others are blooming but have weird mottling on the petals.
I’m not sure what that’s about, but it’s kind of pretty.
