Daylily ‘Roses in Snow’ was registered just over 20 years ago now. It received the American Hemerocallis Society Honorable Mention award in 2003 and the Award of Merit in 2006.
This semi-evergreen daylily has lovely red flowers and an ivory edge so the flowers look like they are outlined in a pretty shade of mauve.
The scapes reach 24 inches tall so it’s a nice daylily for the front of a border. The flowers are a little over 5 inches across and have an emerald green throat.
‘Roses in Snow’ blooms in the middle of the daylily season.
