Just as my last ‘Rapido’ amaryllis flowers were starting to fade (each bulb sent up 3 scapes!) a 4th scape popped out of one of the bulbs and is about to bloom.
That’s the most scapes I’ve ever gotten out of one amaryllis bulb and it will probably extend this cultivar’s blooming period to more than 8 weeks!
