I’ve grown daylily ‘Magic Carpet Ride’ for many, many years, and this cultivar has now been around for more than 30 years!
Those very-bright-red 6-inch flowers really stand out in a flowerbed and appear on top of 28-inch scapes.
I’ve given away some daylilies in the past when I’ve wanted more space for something new and exciting, but I haven’t been willing to part with ‘Magic Carpet Ride.’
This evergreen daylily blooms earlier in the daylily season.
