I grew species tulip ‘Apricot Jewel’ for the first time this year. The flowers look like miniature standard tulips. They are supposed to be only lightly fragrant, but I could detect a pleasant scent from several feet away.
‘Apricot Jewel’ grows 6 inches tall and is hardy in zones 4-8. Like other species tulips, it will return reliably each spring.
