‘Robina’ Rallies

In 2013 Orienpet ‘Robina’ looked like this when it bloomed in my garden for the very first time:

The flowers were very big and fragrant, but the color was a little more subdued than what I was expecting.

Apparently the bulbs just needed some time to get settled because last year when they bloomed the flowers looked like this:

Now that’s more like it! ‘Robina’ has 7-to-8-inch, deliciously-fragrant flowers that appear in late July and early August.

‘Robina’ grows 4 feet tall and is hardy in Zones 5-9.

Beautiful, beautiful lily! Where did you get the bulbs?
Also love the white hyacinth. I’m partial to purple hyacinths, but this white one is a beauty. I’m almost enjoying the scent with you!

Hi LT,

I looked at my records and ‘Robina’ came from Brent & Becky’s bulbs:

The hyacinth came from John Scheepers.
