If you have a vegetable garden and you’d like to add a little punch of color to it, or if you have a bare spot in a flowerbed, I’d suggest picking up a packet of tall zinnia seeds. You can find them at your hardware store, garden center or even online.
Zinnias are ridiculously easy to grow–just tuck the seeds into the soil in late spring, water them and wait for the show to start in a little over a month.
They come in so many bright colors.
And by growing zinnias you’ll be helping out struggling pollinators like honeybees and Monarch butterflies.
