My Siberian irises look great this year. These plants appreciate ample moisture, so our wet spring was the perfect set-up for a great show.
This is ‘Concord Crush’ which can grow up to 3 feet tall:
This is ‘Little White’ which grows 15 inches tall:
And poor ‘Baby Sister’ (12-16 inches tall) has been swallowed up by astilbes over the years, but she still fights her way out of the foliage to show off her lovely purply-blue flowers:
Siberian Irises are easy to grow. They bloom for several weeks in late spring with flowers in shades of blue, purple, white and pink. These plants are very hardy and thrive in Zones 3-9.
