Welcoming More Windflowers

I planted more Anemone blanda (Windflower) bulbs last fall. It’s one bulb that the critters don’t seem to dig up. I just have to be careful that I don’t dig them up because they are tiny (as well as oddly-shaped and bean-like).

The flowers are pretty like tiny shasta daisies, and they come in shades of pink, purple and white. The flowers last for weeks and can handle rain, wind and even a little snow.
