I grew zinnia ‘Dancing Girls’ again this year and I’m every bit as impressed with this cultivar as I was last summer.
The plants are supposed to grow 18-20 inches tall, and they sport pink and white flowers that have a golden center. My plants top out at about 14 inches. Perhaps that’s because the oaks that surround my backyard are slowing blocking more and more direct sun from reaching my flowerbeds.
My Zahara and Profusion zinnias get a little floppy this time of year, but not ‘Dancing Girls’.
As long as Burpee keeps selling the seeds for this pretty little zinnia, I’ll keep buying.
