While I have grown amaryllis cultivars that sit stubbornly for months before showing any signs of life, it always surprises me that some of the cultivars will begin sprouting only a day or two after they are potted up.
I’ve even got one already trying to send up two flower stalks!
I hope my bulbs don’t all try to bloom at once or I may not be able to see out of my window!
