I planted Amaryllis ‘Sweet Star’ on November 1st and it only needed 4 weeks to start showing off with four 7-inch-wide flowers.
‘Sweet Star’ grows 20-24 inches tall and the light-pink flowers have a yellow-green throat.
My bulb plans an encore when these flowers are done. It’s already sending up a second stalk.
