Thanks to the giant collection of potted-up amaryllis bulbs hogging all the space in my bay window, my African violets were relegated to a north-facing window for a couple of months.
I wasn’t sure how they would react to receiving so much less light but was delightfully surprised when one of them sent up these lovely bluish-lilac flowers.
