Just in time for the end of the amaryllis blooming season come the spring bulbs I forced in the refrigerator. Hyacinth ‘Fondant’ has been filling the house with its lovely sweet scent now for 2 weeks.
And I planted some tulips outside last fall and had leftovers (single early tulips) that forced well. Some are a little scrawny, but they’re still bringing me joy.
