Snow has covered the grass since December in our area, but there’s never really been more than 8 inches on the ground at any one time. It hasn’t been a good season for people who like to ski or snowboard or snowmobile.
Most people (like me!) are tired of winter and are hoping for some warmer weather now. We don’t ask for much—give Wisconsinites some 50 degrees high temperatures and you’ll see people break out the shorts, t-shirts and grills! But this week it’s been back to ice and snow (and even some hail that accompanied an 18-degree temperature which was weird!).
I just keep telling myself that it will only be a few more weeks before the spring bulbs should start popping out of the ground!
