Craning for Crabapple Blossoms

Birdwatchers and photographers sometimes get “warbler neck”—pain or stiffness in the neck from gazing into the treetops for extended periods of time. I would like to add “crabapple neck” to the list of maladies. I love to duck under the canopies of the flowering crabapples and look up into the sky. There’s nothing but blossoms as far as the eye can see, and the fragrance is out of this world.

Fantastic pictures of the blossoms!! I can almost smell them. I’ll have to get my hubby to take drive in the Arboretum tomorrow. Hope there are some blossoms and smell left! ear
