Daylily ‘Quilt Patch’ adds a different color to the garden with its brownish-orange flowers and bright-gold throat.
This dormant daylily grows 26 inches tall with 5-inch flowers. ‘Quilt Patch’ has been around awhile (1964), so it’s an inexpensive purchase.
‘Quilt Patch’ blooms early in the daylily season. My plant has been moved around about a half-dozen times since I purchased it 5 years ago, but it thrives despite my fickle behavior.
