I moved my ‘Jersey Girl’ daylily last summer, so I didn’t get as many blooms this year, but I still marvel at this daylily’s perfect, clear-pink color.
‘Jersey Girl’ looks great with purple, white or even red flowers, but I also like to mix it with gold or yellow flowers. One of my favorite combinations is ‘Jersey Girl’ next to daylily ‘Beautiful Edgings’. ‘Beautiful Edgings’ is a cream-colored daylily with tinges of rose in the petals. The two were made for each other:
‘Jersey Girl’ grows 28 inches tall with 6-inch, fragrant flowers that appear in the middle of the daylily season.
