‘Jungle Beauty’ showcases dark, grape-colored blooms that grow 5.5 inches across on 30-inch scapes.
I planted ‘Jungle Beauty’ in front of a huge goldenrod plant and the colors contrast nicely.
Another dark daylily I like is ‘Which Way Jim’.
This one grows about 4 inches shorter and also has 5.5-inch flowers, but the color is a little more muted.
Both of these daylilies really stand out when planted next to yellow or orange flowers.
