We got above 80 degrees (F) on Tuesday for the first time this year, and in the afternoon my squirrels deflated. There were two of them splayed flat in the grass in the backyard. The looked like they had just been run over by a truck.
I assume they were cooling their bellies.
When I opened the door they scattered but only moved a few feet away and then did the same thing on my flowerbed pavers.
