The last one of my amaryllis bulbs to bloom this winter is ‘Red Nymph’, although I’m not sure I was sent the correct cultivar!
The seller indicated it grows 20 to 25 inches with 7-inch double blooms. My bulb sent up a 13-inch-tall stalk. The flowers are indeed double, but only 4 inches across.
One thing I do appreciate about this cultivar (whatever it is!) is that the stalk grew completely straight and didn’t need any turning or fussing or staking.
