I added another yarrow (Achillea millefolium) to my front yard flowerbed earlier this spring and it just started blooming. ‘New Vintage Rose’ has pretty, rose-pink flowers:

Yarrows are a favorite of bees and other pollinators. Considering I only planted this perennial a month ago, I’m very impressed with how many flowers it’s churned out already.

‘New Vintage Rose’ grows 26 to 28 inches tall and prefers full sun. To keep it blooming you can trim off spent flowers.

The plants are drought tolerant and deer-resistant. The color would look excellent with a purple perennial like Geranium ‘Rozanne’.

‘New Vintage Rose’ is hardy in Zones 4-9.
